She’s had three miscarriages in the last three years and she wanted to know if there’s anything she can do to prevent early miscarriages.

She said, 

“I have a 3-year-old son and since his birth, I’ve had 3 miscarriages.  In the last 6 months, I’ve lost 20lbs, I eat healthily and exercise regularly, and I still miscarried.  I feel like nothing I do will ever make a difference and I don’t understand why I keep miscarrying in the first trimester.

The first thing we recommend is to look at the whole picture and have your testing done. If everything looks great, you need to dive deeper to see what system in your life isn’t working for you!

Are you getting the correct nutrition? Are you absorbing the nutrients you need? Are you overly stressed and don’t know how to deal with it in a healthy way? How is your environment?
