Eating a fertility diet is a way of eating that is supporting your body in its reproductive efforts while you prepare to conceive. This is a choice to nourish your body to prepare it for a healthy pregnancy. 

This is often a confusing area for most people because there are so many different diets out there. From a holistic point of view, there are specific foods that help nourish your body according to your system and individual needs.

  1. 100% grass-fed beef
  2. Bone broth
  3. Lamb
  4. Liver
  5. Oysters
  6. Organic, cage-free eggs, especially the yolk.
  7. Beets
  8. Avocados
  9. Seeds
  10.  Nuts

While these are Denise’s favorite fertility foods, there are many other things that you should eat to enhance your fertility. In general, eat clean, lean, and green!
