Anti-mullerian hormone, also known as AMH, is a hormone produced by the cells in your ovarian follicles. Generally, the higher the number of eggs remaining in the ovaries, the higher the level of AMH.
Watch the episode of Tips and Tea with The Fertility Godmother below. Denise talked about what your AMH levels are indicating and how you can improve them.
Specifically, she shared:
- What is AMH (Anti-mullerian hormone)?
- What are considered ‘normal’ AMH levels.

Have you been told that you have low AMH (Anti-mullerian hormone)?

What we have discovered is that AMH actually can change! There are many things (other than age) that can impact your AMH levels.
What we want you to know is that AMH levels, as well as many other hormone tests, are really good tools for you to use as baselines to give you information about what you need to do to get your body ready for conception.
