Try this:
Inhale for 4 → Hold for 4 → Exhale for 6
Repeat for 2–3 minutes to reset your body.

2. Ground Your Body in the Present

Walking barefoot, gentle stretching, or placing your hands on your heart can instantly ground you. These small acts help shift your body from stress into presence.
