If you and your partner are having challenges conceiving, stopping marijuana consumption would be beneficial. The regular use of cannabis can have negative effects on sperm morphology, and sperm motility.

Research suggests THC affects epigenetics, triggering structural and regulatory changes in the DNA of users’ sperm.
