Fertility can be a challenging and emotional journey and oftentimes, it becomes stressful.

Stress can have a significant impact on fertility, both for men and women. So, learning to manage stress is an essential part of Your Fertility Journey.

High levels of stress can disrupt the delicate balance of hormones that regulate ovulation and sperm production, making it more difficult to conceive. And, stress can also negatively impact the overall health and well-being of both partners, which can further decrease the chances of getting pregnant.

Recently on The Fertility Godmother’s Show on YouTube, Denise shared 5 tips to manage stress when you’re trying to get pregnant and have a baby.

Luckily, there are lots of healthy ways to manage stress for fertility:

  1. Exercise: Find something you love to do and move your body
  2. Practice relaxation techniques
  3. Get enough consistent sleep
  4. Seek support: You don’t have to do this alone
  5. Practice gratitude

It’s important to remember that stress is a normal part of life, and it is not always possible to eliminate it completely. But by taking steps to manage stress, you can improve your chances of getting pregnant, and make the journey a little easier.

It is also important to understand that fertility struggles can be a very emotional and challenging time, and it’s okay to take the time and space to take care of yourself and your partner.
