Have you been told you have low AMH?
Do you want to know exactly what it is, and what you can do about it?
I get a lot of women who come to me after being diagnosed with low AMH. Most of them are very scared because they fear they may not be able to conceive.
But what does AMH really mean? Before we can tackle a low AMH diagnosis, we must first understand what it is.
AMH stands for Anti-Müllerian Hormone. Testing for AMH gives us an indication of what our egg count is. While your diagnosis is useful for guiding your steps, it shouldn’t discourage you.
On this episode of The Fertility Godmother’s Show on YouTube, I addressed your burning questions around AMH and your pregnancy potential!
Specifically, I talked about:
- low AMH
- AMH testing
- fertility diagnosis
- follicle count
- how you move forward on The Fertility Journey to have a healthy baby
