A miscarriage can leave you wondering if you did something wrong, feeling ashamed and guilty. It’s incredibly sad and heartbreaking, and it happens surprisingly more than you would think.
One in four women will lose a baby during pregnancy, delivery, or infancy.
Having a miscarriage doesn’t mean:
- You did something wrong
- It doesn’t mean you aren’t capable of carrying a baby
- It doesn’t mean you are not a real woman
It’s important to know you’re not alone and you do have a good chance of having a healthy pregnancy, so don’t give up.
Trying to conceive after a miscarriage can be very emotional and feel very scary. I want you to know that you’re absolutely capable of carrying a healthy baby to term.
